What Daybill is
daybill.app — Daybill is a web operations workspace for field work: time tracking, timesheet approvals, internal payroll calculations, client invoicing, shift scheduling, and team chat in one product. It installs as a PWA and runs in modern browsers.
Who it is for
- Solo field operators who track hours across several client companies and invoice each one.
- Small crews and growing companies, roughly 1–20 employees, that need approvals, payroll totals, scheduling, and invoicing without stacking tools.
Pricing (July 2026)
- Solo Operator — $0, free forever. Up to 5 client companies, timesheets, earnings, PDF invoicing, Gusto and QuickBooks CSV export, and AI assistant.
- Solo Pro — $14.99 CAD/month. $12.99/month billed yearly. Adds Smart Scan, document vault, recurring invoicing, and up to 20 clients.
- Team — $39 CAD/month flat. Up to 20 members, then $1.50/user/month. Adds scheduling, approvals, payroll calculations, chat, notifications, offline PWA, and unlimited companies.
- Expert — $99 CAD/month flat. 20 members included, then $3/user/month. Adds geofenced clock-in, checklists, site reports, rotations, bulk dispatch, compliance documents, and AI auditing.

Key differentiators
- One flat plan covers operations, communications, payroll preparation, and client billing instead of stacking separately priced hubs.
- Personal work, team operations, and client-company records remain separated by workspace and role.
- Hours, payroll totals, and invoices share one record: approval carries the same work forward without retyping.
- Daybill is built and operated by a working field operator who uses it for his own hours, payroll, and invoices.
