- Solo Pro: $14.99 CAD/month. $12.99/month billed yearly. Adds Smart Scan, document vault, and up to 20 clients.
- Team Free: $0, free forever. Up to 10 counted seats (hard limit) and 5 clients or companies, no credit card. Shift scheduling and dispatch, manager approvals, payroll preparation, chat and push notifications, 25 Smart Scans and 50 AI actions a month.
- Team: $39 CAD/month flat. Everything in Team Free with 20 members included, then $1.50/user/month, plus unlimited Smart Scans and AI actions.
- Expert: $99 CAD/month flat. 30 members included, then $3/user/month. Adds geofenced clock-in, shift checklists, and weekly shift repeats.
No credit card is required to start. The free plans do not expire.

- Payroll export is CSV-based in Gusto and QuickBooks Time import formats, and invoices export as a QuickBooks Online import CSV for Canada or the US. Direct payroll and accounting API integrations are not currently offered.
- Daybill computes internal payroll totals; it is not a payroll provider and does not move money.
